Dan Menefee

Head Pastor

Dan Menefee was born in Central Missouri and grew up in the Kansas City area. He graduated from Kansas City College and Bible School in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Religion. Dan has been in ministry since 1980 serving churches in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Wyoming, and Alaska. He and his wife, Denise, were married in North Pole, AK in 1981. They last served in Anchorage, AK before moving back to the Black Hills region in 2003. Dan and Denise have one daughter named Ana, a son-in-law named Will and one son named Dane. 

Denise Menefee

Office Manager

Denise Menefee was born in Junction City, KS at Fort Riley and grew up in Kansas, West Virginia, and Missouri. At age 16 she moved with her family to Alaska where she graduated from Dot Lake High School. The next summer she married Dan and has partnered with him ever since. She and her husband have one daughter named Ana, son-in-law Will, and one son named Dane. 

Sonny Rosbrugh

Youth Pastor

Sonny Rosbrugh was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and moved to Central Missouri at the age of 3. He grew up on the family farm exploring the woods with his brother and cousins, building awesome forts and learning to hunt Whitetail Deer.  He graduated Fort Scott Christian Heights and attended Kansas City College and Bible School for 2 years.  Sonny married out of his league to his wonderful Bride Melissa from the same area he grew up in.  He has pursued a career in Procurement with the latest job at Champion Brands in Clinton, MO.  After allowing God to make changes in his life, Sonny moved his Bride Missy, son Dalton, daughters Isabella and Paityn to Rapid City, SD. to become a Student Life Pastor and friend to the youth of Crossroads Wesleyan. Since our arrival we have added a third daughter, Parker to the crew!

Jackie Waldie

Children's Director 

Jackie is a mother of two amazing kids, Seth and Emily, and wife to National Guard Recruiter Lyn Waldie. She is a certified special education advocate helping families get what their child needs in the public schools. She was a 5th grade teacher for 12 years. She graduated with a master's degree in Technology and Training in Education from the University of South Dakota. Her Bachelor's degree is from Chadron State College in Elementary Education and Music. She is known to dabble in local theater, loves to sing whenever and wherever she can but her favorite thing in the world is hanging out with kids and teaching them about God.
